I'm not playing the drums/percussion but it could be the real drummer playing it. Snow Patrol are a Scottish-Northern rock band, which formed in 1994 in Dundee, Scotland. The band current line-up consists of Gary Lightbody (lead vocals, guitar, piano, keyboards), Nathan Connolly (lead guitar, backing vocals), Johnny McDaid (keyboards, guitar, backing vocals), Paul Wilson (bass, backing vocals) and Jonny Quinn (drums, percussion). Former members of the band include Mark McClelland, Michael Morrison and Tom Simpson. Take Back The City is the third track from their fifth album, A Hundred Million Suns, released in October 2008.
