"This is an unofficial fan-made music video I created for "Roman Sky" by Avenged Sevenfold. The song is about Giordano Bruno, an Italian astronomer who took Copernicus's idea that the Sun is the center of the Solar System rather than the Earth a step further. He theorized that all the stars in the sky were other suns with their own orbiting planets, and that the universe is infinite. Given the beliefs of his time, Bruno was burned at the stake over these ideas. The first episode of Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey with Neil deGrasse Tyson has a 10 minute segment on Bruno.
