We line up another wonderful chat with one of Independently Bottled whisky's best known companies - Hannah Whisky Merchants. You'll likely know them better under the Lady of the Glen moniker, which they use for their range of single cask whisky releases, but with other brands such as Dalgety Bay and St Bridget's Kirk Blend, there is more to the company than meets the eye. We are delighted to have Paul McKendrick, the Brand Ambassador and one of a small team of just four people who run the company. Paul is heavily involved in the warehouse, sampling and choosing casks for release, as well as hosting events across Europe to promote the great whisky on offer.
