In Episode 9 of the Iman Series, the Shaykh explains one of the most essential foundations of faith: What does it truly mean to have Iman in Allah? According to the Hadith of Jibreel, the first pillar of Iman is to believe in Allah. But what does this belief include? In this episode, the Shaykh breaks it down into four core components. 🔹 The Four Fundamentals of Belief in Allah 1️⃣ Belief in the Existence of Allah The entire universe—its order, precision, and design—is a clear sign that a Creator exists. Human nature instinctively recognizes that there is a Lord controlling everything. Even atheists, in moments of intense fear or crisis, turn their eyes toward the sky. As the Qur’an says in Surah At-Tur: “Were they created from nothing, or are they themselves the creators?” There are only three possibilities: They created themselves (impossible) They came into existence by chance (illogical) A Creator brought them into existence — the only rational conclusion. 2️⃣ Belief in Allah’s Lordship (Rububiyyah) Rububiyyah means acknowledging that Allah alone is: The Creator The Owner The Controller of all affairs Every movement of the universe, every heartbeat, every drop of rain— all are under His perfect control. If the cosmic order shifted even for a split second, the entire universe would collapse. Your life, your provision, your lifespan, your abilities—everything is under His decree. You may not know where your food grew in the world, but Allah created it for you and delivered it to you. 3️⃣ Belief in Allah’s Names and Attributes (Asma wa Sifaat) We believe in all the names and attributes Allah has described Himself with in the Qur’an, and those the Prophet ﷺ affirmed, without: denial, distortion, resemblance to creation, or asking “how.” Allah hears, sees, knows, controls, loves, protects—all in the manner befitting His majesty. 4️⃣ Belief in Allah’s Exclusive Right to Be Worshipped (Uluhiyyah) True Iman means that all worship—dua, hope, fear, love, trust, sacrifice, sajdah— belongs only to Allah. A believer’s heart, actions, and obedience must revolve around Him alone. 🔹 Key Questions Answered in This Episode What does believing in Allah actually include? How does logic prove the existence of a Creator? What is Rububiyyah and why is it central to our faith? How should we understand Allah’s names and attributes? Why is worship solely for Allah a requirement of Iman? How does recognizing Allah’s control strengthen your faith? 🔹 Impact of This Knowledge After understanding these four foundations, a believer experiences: Stronger conviction Deeper faith More love for Allah Greater appreciation of His blessings A renewed sense of purpose and identity as a Muslim #ImanSeries #FaithInAllah #ArkanEIman #Aqeedah #HadithJibreel #IslamicKnowledge #Tawheed #BeliefInAllah #IslamicEducation #MuslimYouth Sheikh's Social Media Accounts: YouTube: / sheikhabduljabbarbilal Facebook: / sh.abduljabbarbilal Instagram: / sheikh.abduljabbar.bilal / sheikhabduljabbar.bilal #islam #messageofislam #deen #deeninurdu #shortsvideo #reminders
