I was driving past this place and the overgrown Jade trees stood out immediately. I stopped and knocked on the door to find out what was happening with the yard. I was greeted by Jim, who was very kind and shocked when I told him I would clean his whole yard up for free. He was very generous to try and buy me a beer too which was nice of him. This property took me quite a while to clean up, as the big Jade tree had not been cleaned up in years. He wanted all of the Jades to be cut back a lot. I made sure to keep some green on them.
