I’ve realized this is a crutch for me and I need to start challenging myself with new foods. So I’m eating a different breakfast every day for a week! There were definitely ups and downs. I had a few bad days and even binged. Now I’m focusing on intuitive eating and mindful eating to recover from my eating disorder. A day in the life of my eating disorder is binging, restricting, or purging.
