Learn the L Sit to Handstand by breaking down movement into L Sit, Shoulderstand and Handstand. Condition the transition from Shoulderstand to L Sit either in Tuck or Straight Position, then progress to L Sit to Shoulderstand while building a strong handstand. Once the Handstand is ready add to the sequence by completing a negative Handstand Push Up to Shoulderstand and then transition to L Sit. Then Lastly use some momentum and move from L Sit to Handstand! Pre requisites for the Handstand variation is minimum controlled eccentric HSPU and Strong L Sit. This move can also be trained on boxes instead of P Bars.
