Having been born in 1998 I have never known a world without Halloweentown. I loved its tales of good vs evil, magic, monsters and the Cromwell witches. The Cromwell witches are remembered to be some of the most powerful magic users the world has ever seen and there legacy only continues to grow with every Halloween, but how did they gain such a respected reputation?
