It looks like we are getting some new neighbors across the road!

They’ve started clearing the property across the road from me again — and this time, things got interesting. A modular home from Clayton Homes was delivered to the site, but as of now, there’s no visible foundation work, no septic installation, and no signs of prep that usually come before a home is set. This land was cleared once before, then sat untouched long enough for everything to grow back. Now it’s been cleared again, and from the looks of it… we might be getting new neighbors. In this video, I share aerial footage of the clearing process and the delivery of the modular home, along with a short narration about what’s happening on the property.
