🌙 Holi & Iftar Special 🌸 Healthy Atta Samosa made in Air Fryer! Soft, juicy, and flavorful inside 😍 Watch step by step how to make this festive snack at home! 1.Ingredients – Dough 2 cups Atta (Whole Wheat Flour) 2 tbsp Suji (Semolina) 1 tsp Ajwain (Carom Seeds) 1/4 cup Oil Salt to taste Water as needed 2. Ingredients – Potato Filling 2 medium Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 1 medium Onion (finely chopped) 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds 3 tbsp Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp Black Pepper 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi Fresh Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp Besan (Gram Flour, optional for onion water) Salt to taste Step by Step Instructions Step 1 – Dough Preparation Mix wheat flour, suji, ajwain, oil, and salt. Gradually add water and knead a soft dough. Rest the dough for 2 hours. Step 2 – Potato Filling Preparation Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, and sauté until aromatic. Add onions and fry until soft. If onion releases water, add 1 tbsp gram flour to absorb. Add ginger-garlic paste, spices (turmeric, chili, pepper), kasuri methi, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well and sauté for 5 minutes. Cool the mixture. Step 3 – Assembling Samosa Roll dough into small circles or oval shapes. Place 1–2 tbsp of filling in the center. Fold into triangular shape and seal properly. Step 4 – Cooking in Air Fryer Preheat Air Fryer at 160°C for 5 minutes. Brush samosas lightly with oil and place in tray. Air fry at 160°C for 22–25 minutes until golden and cooked.
