Kids Find Fun – fun videos for kids! In our 18th episode we visited The Polkadraai Strawberry Farm near Stellenbosch in the Western Cape, South Africa. Polkadraai is a strawberry farm which is open to the public. They have created a wonderful experience for families and travelers. Visitors to the farm can purchase a bucket and have a few options of the size, visitors then proceed to the fields and can pick their own strawberries. It can be rinsed and enjoyed on the farm or taken home. There are various other activities: • Tractor ride • Mini golf • Playground • Food court • Pony rides • Arts and crafts • Face painting On your visit, you should definitely take a hat and sun cream and comfortable shoes. It can get fairly warm and depending on which field you will pick from, you may have a way to walk. Its not a far walk, but still comfortable and reasonably old shoes would be better.
