I was clearing out some space on my DVR and came across this. WOW! Talk about a falshback to the past. I looked so calm and peaceful and I was calm and peaceful. Strangest thing. Guess I handed it all over REALLY because I knew this was something I could not battle alone. Thanks to Michele DeSelms who I felt really understood my story and who I am. She asked all the right questions and one I couldn't answer. That is rare:-) She made me think on the spot. She captured exactly what I wanted to say. I am watching this for the first time since I watched it live. To return to a time in life that was life changing is a powerful thing. Sometimes nice to visit a time in your life you overcame and won that battle. It will allow you to begin to believe you can do it again. Because you can. It applies to every aspect of life and overcoming. Sometimes you are stronger than you think:)
