Showing the process of replacing engine mounts on an Audi B8 S4 without dropping the subframe. Same process for B8.5, but steering rack is electronic, so disconnect wires rather than hydraulic lines. Also purchased new bolts for the 3 that go directly into the mount on each side, and the one subframe bolt removed for access. Purchased ECS kit to replace front sway bar bushings, brackets, and nuts. I added a thin layer of synthetic grease when installing the new sway bar bushings and cleaned the surface of the subframe where it mounts up with a wire brush before final reassembly.
