My name is Fred Stamps, and I'm a school teacher in Oregon. These past two summers I have gone to Ukraine to help displaced persons. This summer I will again go on a service trip to deliver humanitarian aid in Ukraine and conduct research on how the war is affecting the Deaf community in Ukraine and influencing Ukrainian Sign Language. Any money I raise will go directly to refugees. The same as I did after our previous service trips, after I return, I will give an accounting on my YouTube channel of how we distributed all the funds raised. We'll be working with a few different NGO charities, namely: Hope x Borders: https://hopexborders.org/ Reach Humanity: https://www.reachhumanity.com World Central Kitchen: https://wck.org UA Convoy, a network of volunteers on WhatsApp If you would like to contribute, here are three different ways to do so: Go Fund Me: https://gofund.me/463b2af0 Venmo: @Fredrick-Stamps PayPal: [email protected] You can also donate directly to these or other NGOs you trust: World Central Kitchen: https://wck.org They have served over 215 million meals since the start of the war. Reach Humanity: https://www.reachhumanity.com I worked with these volunteers personally and can attest to the work they're doing on the ground in Poland and Ukraine. Hope x Borders: https://hopexborders.org/ I worked with these volunteers personally and can attest to the work they're doing on the ground in Poland and Ukraine. Off-The-Grid Missions: https://www.offthegridmissions.org This non-profit focuses on helping those in the Deaf community. Internationaler Bund Polska Foundation: https://ib-polska.pl/donate This organization is running Szafa Dobra, a free clothing store for Ukrainians in Poland. They do great work. We have also been coordinating connecting American sponsors with displaced Ukrainians. Please let me know if you are interested in helping host an individual or family. Host families can group together to share the financial burden of sponsoring/hosting Ukrainians. I want to thank those sponsors who have already opened up their hearts and homes.
