Break in oil change on my new Kx 450f Dirt bike

I just had to change the oil after the hard break in at the track but I think it will be fine. I put about 40 minutes on it. I really want to go back to the track and see if Nathan and I can get better but we have to keep these things tuned up so here's a little video of the way I changed the oil.
