Great place for kitesurfing or any other watersport at the beautiful lagoon of Buccoo Reef, Pigeon Point, Tobago. You will always feel welcome at RadicalSports Tobago, a nice place to hang around and chillout, meet other watersports enthusiasts, take lessons, or rent some gear. The Buccoo Reef lagoon is a great kitesurf spot, good breeze, crystal clear waters. Nice place for swimming and snorkeling too. Side shore winds, always make sure you are experienced enough to go out on the water, never go alone. With low tide there is a current taking you out of the lagoon into open sea, if the wind would drop for example. Inside the lagoon is sandy bottom with coral patches. I went here myself, spending a day at Pigeon Point and made this video, using GoPro 9 Hero. Trinidad has the largest international airport, Piarco. 20 minutes flight from Trinidad, or take the ferry from Port of Spain, Trinidad. Also some direct international flights to Tobago.
