Highlights from Sergio Leal's 1940's Zoot Suit Themed Salsa and Swing Party hosted by Latin Dance Pro last week at Ixtapa Tropical Tuesdays in Old Town Pasadena. I had an amazing time! Thank you all for coming out and making by special day memorable! Each year is different, but I must say that I think this year topped last years, with more Salsa dancers, and in my opinion, more people dressed in vintage themed costumes! All my friends and family dressed in Zoot Suit and sailor attire. My dance team charmed the audience with a Zoot Suit Riot Lindy Jazz routine. Despite the sunny weather, the weather at night was so perfect that we decided to take the party outside. Dancing Salsa on Colorado Blvd in front of the Chambers of Commerce Building nextdoor to Ixtapa. Everyone looked hot!! My birthday dance was fun and I apologize to all the ladies if I didn't get a chance to dance with you. I sampled lots of cupcakes and cookies and my cake looked superb.
