Hi Padel Drivers! Welcome to the first episode of this from ZERO to HERO in PADEL. This is the 1st week of training before competition. We are currently focusing on getting the right technique in every shot. Pay attention to Hugo Cases' tips in order to improve the bandeja shot! This will allow us to build a solid baseline before getting into tactics and game situation exercises. As you know, Hugo Cases used to be a World Padel Tour (WPT) player and he has deep experience in professional padel coaching. We are extremely grateful to have him in this project with us, since he is sharing all the tricks for success.
