Last Sunday, there was no wind. The sea was glassy, and the temperature was mild for winter, creating the perfect conditions for an adventure on the water. In the last few weeks, I also felt some grayness in my learning curve with foil. It's good to be experiencing the process, but sometimes there are moments when, even minimally, confidence can recede or some questions about ourselves can increase. In these weeks, I revisited my notes, the tips from my peers, the feedback I have received, and I also started to imagine the body movements I would try to repeat when I returned to the water. Being on Casey Coach Club has been crucial for my learning! In this session, there was an extra element: I was going to try two new wings. The ART V2 999 and the Fireball.
