Vascular Patient Success Story: Mike Bryant

Mike Bryant had an aortic aneurysm that was being monitored by his cardiologist. For five years he was screened regularly to keep an eye on it, but it kept growing in size. His cardiologist then sent him to see Dr. Rajabrata Sarkar. After another scan, Dr. Sarkar told Mike he would need surgery to repair the aneurysm, and the operation took place in July 2011. Since the operation, Mike has received a clean bill of health and is now back at work. In this video Mike, a deaf patient, uses sign language to tell his story and express how thankful he is to Dr. Sarkar and other hospital staff members for the care he received.
