In this Solo Flawless Sunless Cell GM Vanguard Alert I'm using the Flechette Storm Titan build with Vexcalibur and Wormgod Caress. With Brawler active, this was the perfect environment to showcase the Flechette chunking damage while exploring Vexcalibur's defensive toolkit to survive Grandmaster combat situations. As usual, if you have any questions about the setup or gameplay decisions, feel free to ask! 🫡🛡️ Flechette Storm delivers an unusual high burst dmg when Singularity Blade is active, easier to notice with Brawler and melee buffs stacked, allowing us to defeat champions and mini bosses in, literally, seconds! 🗡️Flechette Chunking Highlights 1:22 | Flechette vs Unstoppable Champion 6:50 | Delayed Health Chunk on Custodian (watch it's health bar😂) 10:10 | Chunking vs Taken Ogre 19:10 | Final boss Flechette dmg chunk Despite the power deficit, with Vexcalibur, most of the run is played aggressively and forward-moving, looking like I'm taking no damage at all. But, trust me, despite what it looks like I can't let my guard down for too long either (7:35), forcing me to play around my shields, cover, barricade and finishers. 🛡️ Vexcalibur Defense Highlights 4:45 | Surviving a Hypernova Blast at −50 Power 7:15 | Mitigating Stasis Shatter Damage 18:20 | Playing with Obak-Hul's Feelings ➕ Useful Defensive Plays: 6:25, 9:26, 15:50 | Barricade Staggering Enemies 4:10, 8:39 | Checking my Surroundings with Finishers (Finishers also grant Burning Fists stacks) Vexcalibur provides: • Glaive shield (~97.5% damage reduction) • Void overshields (+45 HP, 50% DR) When combined with Banner of War, devour, woven mail (45% Body DMG DR), and exhaust from the Swordmaster set, incoming damage becomes manageable even at - 50 power. This build uses Wormgod Caress to amplify melee output dramatically, stacking with Banner of War, Singularity Blade, and Tecsech effect against shielded enemies. This ended up being one of the hardest solo challenges I’ve completed this season, but at the same time one of the most enjoyable runs with this build! Brawler makes Flechette Storm spammable and increases its burst potential, but this clear would not be possible without the stability provided by Vexcalibur’s defensive loop! 🫡 🤔More About the Flechette Chunk Method: You must toggle on the Singularity Blade artifact mod and have a void buff on you while spamming Flechette Storm. The extra damage won't show up at the Shooting Range or Wipe Screen score tables.
