I am not sure if this is the worst thing that has happened to my whilst riding my BMX. I am pretty sure it is up there in the top 2. When doing BMX tricks please remember that it is dangerous. Most of the time, even doing the hard stuff, you'll likely be ok. It is the tricks you have done a thousand times that will sometimes give you a not so gentle reminder that you are fallible. Keep an eye out for when your concentration is starting to wain. And maybe pull back a little or have a little rest.
