Transcription: Many of the leaders I work with get very excited about working on their vision. They like to do off-sites, do all these plans, get a lot of sticky notes, do a lot of vision-boarding. I think that's really great, but one of the things you must do first is make sure you have traction in your business. Traction includes right people right seats, processes, systems, and really good solid day to day operations, with pipelines and predictability. If you can do traction first, then you can build a bigger vision for your organisation, so traction first, vision second.
