Universal Declaration on Archives 10th Anniversary / 10e anniversaire de la Déclaration Universelle sur les Archives The ICA Advocacy Expert Group (AEG) is charged with promoting the importance of archives within society and promoting the ICA's Universal Declaration on Archives (UDA). To conclude this 10th of November, Dr. Oyedokun Ayodeji Oyewole, an AEG member, reminds us of the importance of this document within the archival sector. The Universal Declaration on Archives was initiated by the International Council on Archives and adopted in Paris by the UNESCO on the 10th of November 2011.
