Around the holidays , we can get worked up, literally. We can be working, being around family, and worried about having a great holidays. I mean who doesn't want a good holiday or even a good day in general. It's important to recognize a lot of our stress comes from soceital expectations and how hard we can be on ourselves. In this segment, I encourage you to give back to yourself. I always say "when you are giving something, you are also letting go". It all starts with how we think, and then how we feel about what we are thinking. Around this time of the year, let's be mindful that we are only one person and no one should hold it against us, let's stop the people pleasing and start speaking up for ourselves so we can be happier and more healed.
