First of all, we want to apologise for letting you guys wait on a new vlog for so long! Shortly after we left Dunbar, our wee adapter that allows us to get our video footage onto the laptop broke and our whole journey so far has turned out a bit different than expected - but we eventually managed to get a new one so from now on we're back with our vlogs!! After travelling around Scotland, and then helping my family out getting all of your calendars for 2023 sent out, we got the van ready and bags backed - it was time to start travelling again. 😻. The easiest way for us to get into Europe is to drive to the ferry point in Newcastle, from where we got the ferry to Amsterdam. Unfortunately the sea was very rough that day and the ferry as rocky as expected so instead of spending our time walking about the boat, we got an early night cause I was feeling a bit seasick. We managed to sleep through the night though and woke up to the port in Amsterdam 🇳🇱. It was a pretty miserable day so instead of exploring Amsterdam we just found a place to set up camp and get a few jobs done in the van. I was cycling around the world when I heard Nala meowing out for me somewhere in the Bosnian mountains. With no intentions of keeping Nala, I knew i had to save the wee kitten and take her to the vet - but I was well aware of the fact that it might be a bit of a challenge considering I only had a bike. However, despite my concerns, Nala quickly climbed out of the front bag on the bike handle and straight onto my shoulder. Since then, we’ve been travelling the world together.
