Jim Betz describes and demonstrates the various features of JMRI Decoder Pro for locomotive DCC decoder tuning, the featured presentation at the March 2024 meeting of the Whidbey Island clinic of the 4th division of the Pacific Northwest Region of the National Model Railroad Association. At the in-person meeting there was a few setups with programming tracks and users were able to try out features during the presentation. Jim goes over some of the basics but also covers a few advanced features and lessons learned. A good review for those just starting or wondering if Decoder Pro is worth the time.
