Unveiled Ukraine opening in Bierger-Center, Luxembourg.

I’d love to share one of the most special and touching moments from the evening of 04.02.26 – the opening of Unveiled Ukraine in Bierger-Center. The concert by the beautiful duo Belle bandura – Nadiya Balych and Natalia Rada Demchuk – created an atmosphere that was both intimate and powerful. The evening began with Nadiya’s solo performance on the bandura – a deeply symbolic cover of Yellow and Blue💛💙 by the Luxembourgish band ROME @romeheadquarters At the beginning, Nadiya quoted a line from the song: “Courage has two colours – yellow and blue.” And then the music spoke louder than words. We were also honoured to welcome a special guest – Olha Petryk, a professional violinist of Ukrainian origin and a member of the Luxembourg Philharmonic Orchestra. Together with Nadiya, she performed a sonata by Maksym Berezovsky, followed by a moving solo piece by Hanna Havrylets. The audience listened in complete silence – and many hearts were truly touched. After Belle Bandura performed a moving cover of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah”, accompanied by videos from the Unveiled Ukraine project. The evening closed with the iconic “Chervona Kalyna”, enhanced by beautiful ethnic animation by @staskolotov I’m incredibly grateful that, thanks to the support of so many wonderful people, our guests could discover – or rediscover – Ukrainian culture in such a heartfelt and meaningful way.
