James Nayler (1618-1660) was one of the Valiant 60 gospel ministers of the early Quaker movement that began in England in the mid-seventeenth century. In this study, we examine his tract "The Lamb's War against the Man of Sin," printed in 1657. The Complete Works of James Nayler can be accessed online at Quaker Heritage Press (qhpress.org). Isaac Penington (1616-1679) was an Englishman whose writings describe and promote the faith of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers), as it was practiced at the beginning of their movement in the mid-seventeenth century. In this study, participants are reading and discussing a Penington tract titled "Some of the Mysteries of God's Kingdom Glanced At."
