The Surefire G2X MaxVision flashlight is an affordable option as a backup light or duty light (if you carry a light on your belt setup..you should). The video will highlight the positives and negatives of the light, but in my opinion the usefulness was overwhelmingly positive. This will not perform the same as some of Surefire's high tier options, but at sub $100.00, the flashlight shines. Pun intended. Keep in mind, there are many opinions out there regarding what options are best for your duty light, and ultimately you will decide what works best. This light performed very well over the last six months and I will continue to use it on my setup.
