RECIPE: Bottom and top filter paper 22g coffee ground around a 3 on ZP6 calibrated at zero, a 3.5 on pietro pro brew. 80mL water at 99C Slow single pump for saturation. Hold and pause in total 10s. Pump, slap, chop til hiss brings you home.
