After seeing the cheese toast in the movie 'Chef (2014)', I couldn't stand it. I made cheese toast with a light baguette Pullman bread I made myself. Baguette Bread + Muenster Cheese + Parmesan Cheese + Isigny Butter It's an irresistible combination. Prepare 2 slices of bread. 2. Spread butter evenly on one side of both slices of bread. 3. Preheated fry pan over low to medium heat. 4. Place the bread so that the buttered bread surface touches the fry pan. 5. Put the desired amount of Muenster cheese on the bread. 6. Put an appropriate amount of Parmesan cheese on the bread. (for umami taste) 7. Combine 2 slices of bread toasting in a fry pan. 8. Toast the bread often turning it upside down.
