If you can’t find it locally, use this link: https://amzn.to/2DsMG14 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Here’s the recipe I landed on: 1 block medium firm tofu, 16 - 19 oz 1/2 (heaping) cup vegan mayo 2 tsp yellow mustard 1.5 tsp black salt (kala namak) 1 Tbsp lemon juice (half a lemon) 1 scallion Turmeric for color NOTES: If the package just says “tofu” it’s probably medium firm. Firm is fine; extra firm will work but it’s not ideal. Do NOT use silken or soft tofu. I realized after posting the video that blocks of tofu range from 16-19 oz. In my recipe testing I used both without noticing. If you are using a 16 oz block, you might want to try a little less salt.
