KNEE IN NECK POLICE BRUTALITY COPS SLAM HANDCUFF MANS HEAD MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE PULLING HIM OFF HOOD LAFAYETTE LOUISIANA officers wrote false testimony in their reports saying that the guy was sitting against the ice machine when he wasn't as you can see at (1:23 ) officers also stated in report that they advised him to stop kicking while he was at the hood yet no one says stop kicking the other officer that put his knee in the guys neck was never identified in any police reports he tried to break the guys neck for he only got off of his neck due to the emergency response vehicle that was passing you can see the lights and hear it at the 3:08 as he was pouring blood all over the concrete the officer decides to due this act of injustice if you go to the 9:36 marker you can see the two puddles of blood the officer was trying to conceal with his body cam as he tried not to show the guy after he got off his neck this man asked these officers to get him off the ground 3:36 u can hear them say no and fail to identify their selves after giving them permission to search the vehicle yet they let him lay in blood and after two minutes of laying in blood at (5:40 ) he tries to roll over out of the blood you can see in the background yet is met with a knee in his back where the officer sits for nearly another 2 minutes as the guy screams he cant breath that is why you see the officer in view of the camera start laughing this is not behavior expected of people sworn to protect and serve this is as he said "THE WRONG FUCKING CREW" also if you listen closely at 2:16 the officer tells him they don't have to tell him when victim said they have to tell him the video editors tried to muffle out that part but you can still hear it
