Ingredients: ・LEGENT  (45ml) ・Simple syrup (10ml) ・Lemon juice (15ml) ・Dried egg white / meringue powder (2 tsp) ・Soda water (as needed) ・Incense (natural ingredients) Instructions: 1.Add dry egg white and soda water to a shaker. Blend with a hand blender. 2.Add Regent, lemon juice, and syrup to the mixture. Blend again using the hand blender. 3.Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain the mixture into a glass using a strainer and a bar spoon (tea strainer). 4.Slightly scorch the surface of the cocktail with a burner. 5.Light an incense stick and place it alongside the cocktail.
