068 Coast of Nagasaki P6 Coast of Nagasaki Somewhere along the coast of Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan Aerial drone footage from DJI Mini 2 Early Morning in Autumn. New spot! I continued by trip, spent the night, woke up early, and went to my next spot. I tried to go super early so no one would be around. I was able to get the the spot a little after sunrise and since there was no one around, I decided to fly. And the rest... I think the footage speaks for itself. I decided to go here because it looked like a pretty cool place from google maps satellite view. Once I got there, I couldn't really see around me so I didn't really know what to expect. But, after I got up in the sky, oh what an amazing view. A bunch of small islands, a coastal city, early in the morning with the sunrise and golden lighting, the calm seas, the boats going out to sea, the baseball field right on the coast... all such a vibe! The landscape looks similar to another flight I had in Miyagi Prefecture that I posted a while back, but at the same time this location also feels a little different. I can't tell if it's the location and its view or maybe the time of day. Either way, they were both cool and such memorable footage. I'm so glad I was able to fly here as the interesting landscape and serene views are only able to be experienced from high up in the sky! This is why I love flying and taking videos with my drone! It's such a different view than from the ground and from satellite images. There's something to be appreciated of these views only attainable from drones or maybe low flying helicopters. It's such a different perspective that gives a great view and understanding of the wide area. Too many good views, it was hard to choose a thumbnail! *Please excuse the jerky and imperfect footage.
