Here is a Frozen Plain paratha recipe for you. Now make and freeze parathas at home and save time. #frozenparatha #plainparatha #paratha Ingredients: Dough: Meda (All-purpose Flour) 2 Cups Sooji (semolina) ¼ cup Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste Cheeni (Sugar) ½ tbs Baking powder 1 tsp Ghee ½ Cup Pani (Water) as required Ghee as required Directions: In a bowl, add flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, semolina and mix well. Add ghee, water and knead well to form dough, cover and let it rest for 20 minutes. In a bowl add ghee and All-purpose Flour mix well and set aside. Take a small dough and make a ball, coat in dry flour and roll out dough with the help of a rolling pin. Spread ghee mixture and, cut dough into strips with the help of the cutter and fold all strips together, twist and roll it like a Swiss roll and join the edge makes 7-8 approx, cover and let it rest for 20 minutes. Take a plastic sheet put a ball and cover with another rapper. Press and roll out dough with the help of a rolling pin. On a plate, place rolled dough and cover with another thick plastic sheet. Can be freeze in zip lock bag for up to 2 weeks. Heat griddle and fry paratha from both sides with ghee.
