Arduino RGB led music visualizer with beat tracking algorithm. All processing is done on the Arduino with original code. The unit is completely stand-alone, making it unique, with custom hardware and PCB. Further improvements and optimizations were made in 2013, including the algorithm, circuit and circuit board layout, and audio front end. I have received many requests for the source, but have decided not to release it for the time being. For those wondering how to do this, know that there are many possible solutions to the beat detection problem using a 8-bit microcontroller.
