XLCH: Cylinder Head Cleanup Porting

Rushing through this to clean up some of the nasty castings. Lots more work could be done, but I just wanted to make some minor improvements to the rough 70's sand castings on these heads while they're apart. I'm by no means a professional, nor are these heads done as nicely as I would like, but if time allows I may clean them up further depending on when the rest of the parts get finished.
