A short tour around the Cruise line port area of San Diego, focusing on the Disney Wonder. I'm a Disney fan looking forward to my second cruise on the Disney Wonder. I've noticed the same questions about San Diego being asked repeatedly in the FaceBook groups I follow, so I thought maybe a short video would help familiarize people with the area. Midway Museum: midway.org Closest hotels: Intercontinental San Diego, Residence Inn San Diego Downtown/Bayfront, Springhill Suites San Diego Downtown/Bayfront, Wyndham San Diego Bayside Portside Pier: Portsidepier.com Disney Cruise Line: Disneycruise.disney.go.com San Diego Airport is less than 10 minutes from the pier, approximately 2 miles north. Rail travel to the Santa Fe Depot, two blocks east of the cruise ship terminals. Amtrak, Coaster, Surfliner, and MTS trolleys stop here.
