I'll call it, "'69, there's a year for Liberals to think about as this Project '25 garbage has seemingly erased the voice of progressivism or even liberalism while it effortlessly dismantles progress, history, constitution, economy, diplomacy, decency, literacy, and science along its path of destruction - "terrorism" in its own right by the very descriptions it uses to define it. In the face of fear through corrupt/ruthless leadership (Nixon country, Reagan in Cali), War (exposing our weaknesses, wickedness, and leaders' heartlessness), and numerous serial killers, our country stood in front of gun after gun after gun and demanded simple things like Peace, and Love, and Equality and the music, and words, and art all harmonized these as a glue stronger than any military or political group on Earth. Woodstock, Stonewall Rebellion, Moon Landing, Alcatraz native seized occupation,, Chicago Eight Trial, Momaday Pulitzer, Cornell Black Studies Program stand, Tinker vs. Des Moines School District, Allen building takeover, Hartford, Conn. Activism, Vietnam protests, Black Panther prominence, Slaughterhouse-Five published, PBS founded and Sesame Street released. These values could not be ignored. And they were not, and so change took place. Neo- Christian Nationalism (equivalency to Naziism) lost that era. If we don't want it to win this one, best get to studying '69 and find the simple message of it that cannot be ignored or compromised: Never fear, stand up, and fight at all costs for Peace, Love, Progress, and Equality (keep in mind this last one includes us fighting back against our modern 99/1 bs we've relented to for far too long as they use it as a weapon for torture when we begin taking a stand --hit us in the wallet before taking out their gun). We've got Jesse Welles brewin' his music, but we need others because that era needed more than just Dylan. It needed Joni and Joan, it needed Lennon, it needed CSNY, it needed Hendrix, it needed the underbelly of punk brewing, and it needed leaders like MLK to provide real hope, and it needed listeners and readers for mass unity - a revolution of beautiful sound and fury for what is right and moral."
