A huge variety of buses show ranging from 1998 manufactured buses all the way to ones that were made in 2021! In about a couple of months, most trips going up to UCSC will be run by the currently arriving ex-SDMTS XN60s, and, eventually, the massive order of soon to be coming hydrogen electric buses in the next 10 years or so. Santa Cruz Metro has a large fleet variety, but in a couple of years, that won't be the case. In addition, with Reimagine Metro phase 1 taking place this month, there are major changes coming in terms of routes. As far as I can see, Routes 10 and 15 will be discontinued and replaced with new routes, and new route numbers/ names.
