Invisible to Inspiring: Audrey Vecchio Takes Center Stage

This episode of the Rise Up Podcast celebrates the extraordinary achievement of Yucaipa High School student Audrey Vecchio, whose original play Invisible was selected as one of only five winning works in the prestigious Young Playwrights Contest. As part of this honor, Audrey’s play will be fully produced and performed by a professional theatre cast at the Plays by Young Writers Festival at the Joan B. Kroc Theatre in San Diego from February 25–28. In this episode, we highlight Audrey’s creative journey, explore the inspiration behind Invisible, and shine a light on the dedication and imagination that led to this remarkable opportunity. We also aim to promote the upcoming performances and invite the entire Thunderbird community to support a rising artist whose voice and talent are already making an impact beyond our campus.
