We will season chunks of pork shoulder, cook it stove top and instead of frying it, we will broil it in our oven. The end result will be beautiful, crispy on the outside and very tender pieces of griot! #HaitianFood #HaitianPork #BroiledGriot NO BOUILLON CUBES and NO MSG!!! Here is my recipe: 3 pounds of pork shoulder Juice from 2 sour oranges Half a lime Scotch bonnet Pepper (as much as you can handle) 1Tbsp of Onion powder 1 tsps of Magic Salt free All purpose Seasoning 2 Tbsps of Everyday Seasoning form Trader Joe's 2 Tbsps of Lemon Pepper seasoning from Trader Joe's Salt and Pepper to taste 1 Tbsp of my homemade garlic paste A hand full of thyme 3 Tbsps of Olive oil I hope you enjoy this video.
