Closing scene of Do the Right Thing, as Mookie approaches Sal for his "salary". They argue about what has happened the previous night. Do the Right Thing (1989), written and directed by Spike Lee, follows Mookie (also Lee) and his life around his colourful neighbourhood in Bed-Stuy in Brooklyn. The story follows him throughout the hottest day of the year, as he deals with life, relationships and racism around the neighbourhood, as he comes to and from his delivery job at Sal's Famous Pizzeria.
