HOW TO IMPRESS IN A JOB INTERVIEW! #jobinterview #interviewtipsIs How to pass a job interview in three easy steps! Make sure you use my three C's for interview success. Let's start working through these three Cs. C, number one, is to make sure you CONNECT with the hiring manager. The hiring manager will form an opinion of you within the first seven seconds of the interview starting. To connect with them, make sure you smile, offer them a firm handshake and maintain good eye contact throughout. That's a great way to connect with the hiring manager. C number two is a super important one, and that is to offer them a COMPLIMENT about their company or organization. The hiring manager will say to you, welcome to the interview, how are you today? Say this… “I'm very well, thank you. I'm super excited about this opportunity, and I was really impressed with your company's achievements during my research!” Offer the hiring manager a compliment about their company at the start of the interview. And then C number three is very, very powerful, and that is CURIOSITY. Make sure you ask the hiring manager two questions that show you are really keen to make a difference to their company. Which question should you ask to demonstrate curiosity? Write these down. Question number one: What advice would you give to the successful candidate who wants to excel in their work for your company? That's such a great question. And question number two is, What's the best thing about working for this company? That is a feel-good question. If you want to pass your interview, Connect, Compliment, and Curiosity.
