Dear Friends de la Chaine, We were very proud to host the 47th Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition finals in Istanbul this year between 4 and 8 October. 22 young chefs, each the winner of their national competition, competed at Le Cordon Bleu in order to win the first prize. The competition was won by Joseph Baffoe from the United States of America, followed by Maciej Pisarek from Great Britain and Amber Heaton from Australia. Please enjoy the full video of the competition itself, the induction ceremony, dinner at Sans restaurant and the gala dinner at the Raffles hotel Istanbul as much as we did hosting this wonderful event.
