Classes Without Quizzes, held on Friday, March 21, 2025, featured a presentation on cold climate fruit production and included discussions on the history and development of fruit research and variety development at the University of Minnesota, as well as presentations on apple breeding, hard cider cultivars, and new Minnesota table grape varieties. The conversation ended with a discussion on cold hardiness in hybrid grapevines for Minnesota's climate and an open Q&A session.
