America, Israel ka Iran par hamla, Modi ki saazish? #US #Israel #Iran #Attack #sunomuslim The Khawarij were one of the earliest sects in Islamic history that emerged during the First Fitna (the first civil war after Prophet Muhammad’s ﷺ death). Their name comes from the Arabic root kharaja — meaning to go out, exit, or secede — because they broke away from the main Muslim community over political and theological disagreements. Historically, they first appeared during the conflict between Ali ibn Abi Talib and Muawiyah after the Battle of Siffin (657 CE). When Ali agreed to arbitration to avoid more bloodshed, a faction of his supporters rejected that decision as un-Islamic. They believed judgment belongs solely to Allah, viewing any human decision or compromise in leadership as a betrayal of divine law. The Khawarij developed a strict and uncompromising interpretation of Islam. They believed: Only the most pious and morally upright Muslims should lead — even over established leaders. Major sins could disqualify a person’s faith, and those who commit them could be declared non‑believers (a practice known as takfir). Armed rebellion was justified against rulers they judged unjust or sinful. Their views were often extreme compared to mainstream Sunni and Shia teachings, and they engaged in violent uprisings, including against Ali’s rule. Though the original Khawarij movement faded within a couple of centuries, the label has continued in Islamic scholarship to refer to rigid, extremist interpretations that reject mainstream scholarly consensus. In many modern discussions — including on the podcast — speakers compare the historical Khawarij to contemporary extremist trends, but most Islamic scholars emphasize that the original group was a specific historical movement rather than simply a generic label for all rebels or militants. #KhawarijHistory #IslamicHistory #FirstFitna #EarlyIslam #ReligiousExtremism #IslamicTeachings #HistoryExplained #MuslimScholars #SunoMuslimPodcast #DrUmarRiazAbbasi For the latest news & updates.
