During my three month trip to Sint Maarten, I spent much of my time at Mullet Bay Beach which is one of the most popular beaches on the island. Mullet Bay beach has three restaurants/beach bars. One end of the beach is designed for people who want amenities like beach chair rentals, and easy access to drinks and food. The other end of Mullet Bay Beach is more natural and provides a comfortable place without music or the hussle and bussle of tourists. This is one thing that makes Mullet Bay Beach so special. There is something for everyone. The three restaurants/bars on Mullet Bay Beach are: Rosie's Rib Shack - A casual place to get absolutely amazing ribs and chicken. This is a fan favorite and long standing bar/restaurant. Da Waterhole - CaribbeanBarBarbecue, this is a great place if you're looking for more of a sitdown vibe. And the brand new Kalatua - This is a brand new, luxury beach bar serving up high-end food and drinks. They also have the most comfortable beach chairs for rentals on Mullet Beach...but you'll pay for all the comforts. The south end of Mullet Bay Beach is perfect for groups, families, and those looking for a more populated experience. The north end of Mullet Bay Beach is design more for the natural beach goers. Behind the beach is Mullet Bay Beach Golf Course which offers 18-holes of challenging golf and even more challenging when the course is dry and without grass.
